Supersix Evo (2018) - headset bearings

Apologies if already covered elsewhere - have done a bit of searching, but didn't find the info I was after.
Headset on my Supersix Evo is sounding pretty rough. Planning to disassemble, clean and grease tomorrow - which will hopefully sort it - but wondered if anyone had picked up replacement cartridges for an Evo and knew off-hand which ones I'd need?
Not after the whole headset assembly, just the upper (specs say, 1 1/8" Campag hidden) and lower (1 1/4" Cannondale). Have had a stab at searching the Simply Bearings site, but it's pretty confusing...

I believe this are what you need, if you can lift the bearings out it should have the markings on them anyway.
