I would like to buy a Specialized rockhopper expert of 2015, bought in 2016.
I am a newbie and I would like to know if the forks of this bike are predisposed to carry panniers or if I have to adapt them.
Moreover I would ask you, in your opinion, which could be the right price for this model used but in good conditions..
Alternatively, I could buy a Scott Scale 970: which are your advice?

Price, who knows, depends on condition etc, but half new is a good place to start.
