Can I find cleats/shoes for this kind of older style of Look pedal?

Like the title states...can I find cleats an shoes compatible with this older Look pedal?

    Probably Delta cleats, which are still widely available. Any conventional three-bolt shoe will take them. A shot of the pedal from the other side would help...

    I've still got a couple of pairs of old look pedals like that. Only stopped using them 2 years back. Any three hole shoe would take them ?

    I'm still using Look Delta cleats and pedals, and recently bought a new pair of genuine Look cleats off ebay. They are a bugger to walk in though, wooden floors turn to ice rinks so I have also invested in a pair of cleat covers which I have to carry around with me. I should change really, but my pedals are colour coded to my Bianchi so I can't bear to take them off.

    one of the MFs just found a pair of those in the garage and yup, Delta cleats for those.
