They are all listed as

I don't know for sure, too many possibilities.

May I suggest you buy one of these:

QUALITY PARTWORN & NEW TYRES, ALL SIZES, ALL BRANDS, FREE FITTING
and report back. If nothing is heard from you in seven days we will alert the authorities via ebay. What do you mean you don't need a part worn tyre for £0.99!?

It's a hijacked account.

Probably aiming to conclude a transaction outside of ebay/paypal - probably aiming for bank transfer - at which point the money disappears ...
Lots of the items are disappearing now ... looks like eBay are on it.
