Castelli jerseys, Made in Italy?

Hi, i have a Castelli gilet with "made in italy" stamped on it, and a jersey with"made in romania" on it, Should the Jersey also be made in italy or have i got a crook one?

  • No. Castelli have factories all over the place. I presume each type or specific type of garment will originate from a specific factory/country e.g. all the Gabba jerseys appear to be made in Moldova.

    Went a few years back for a football match, had a sneaky trip to Trans Dniester while we were there, very Soviet look and feel.

    It used to be part of Romania. Shares their flag albeit with a crest in the middle.

    Castelli make stuff all over the place. I have stuff made all over Eastern Europe. Same with Sportful which is pretty much the same company.
