What do you guys have displayed on your Garmin screens? Just got an 820 for my birthday (which was nice). Already have speed, Cadence and HR sensors

Currently have:

Screen 1 - Speed/HR/HR Zone/Dist/Cadence

Screen 2 - Av Speed/Time of Day/Elapsed Time/Temp

Screen 3 - Elevation/Grade/Total Ascents/Total Descent

Screen 4 - Heading/HR Graph/Calories

Anything others find useful as a metric to display? Probably got too much on there myself but I like numbers/facts/figures etc

Ta

Like that!! Your screen seems bigger. Garmin 1030?
Don't think I'd get that much on my 820. Is it easy to install?

    Yup. I'm a number-nerd!

  • 1 screen cunningly called "all on one" - speed, H/R, cadence, distance, grade, ride time and time of day...anything else I can look at when I get in as it's pretty meaningless when I'm on the move!

I refuse to put Speed on my Garmin screen(s) as it is the one thing that could cause me to look at the screen for too long and possibly crash.
I can always get my max speed when I have uploaded the ride back at home.

    Generally it’s:

    Screen 1:
    Time
    Elapsed time
    Distance
    Altitude gained
    Temp

    Screen 2:
    Power
    Average Power
    Cadence
    Heart rate
    Temp

    Screen 3:
    Map

Very easy, go to IQ store on Garmin Connect and find My Edge and download it and it will be sent to your Edge 820. To get it as your display set screen one to one data field and select it from IQ store on your Edge 820. You can customise the main display to a lesser range, mine is set to 24mph, by selecting Edge 820 on Garmin Connect then Activities and App Management then data fields.
