PayPal Fraud attempt Loughborough bikes (Unicycles)

Just had a text from PayPal with a potential Fraud attempt at a value of £438.
I rang PayPal and they said yes the attempt is real and has been blocked. The payment was going to Loughborough Bikes (Unicycles).
I rang them but they are closed until tomorrow morning.
Can't help feel like this happened after just joining here and being bike related.
Passwords changed, is this site vunerable to being hacked?

There was a fraud on Chain Reaction Cycles payment process which unnerved me a bit but no loss of money as far as I recall. It was about 5 years ago. If your paypal and bike radar passwords were same then you know what has happened.0

My paypal account and my nym on forums (and my email addresses) are all different so there couldn't be a connection made for my accounts. Most likely just "coincidence", but I can see why you're wondering.2015 Canyon Nerve AL 6.0 (son #1's)

No I didnt, it was the legit 62226 Paypal number though, and when I spoke to PP they confirmed they had sent the text. The Rookie wrote:And give your Paypal ID and pass 'security'?
1. Scammer used my paypal to try ang buy a bike.
2. Paypal messaged me to a Fraud attempt.
3. Rang Paypal toi maker sure text was legit.
4. Paypal confirmed they sent the text and froze the payment.0 -
OK, that's better.
Highly unlikely its to do with login on here, more likely they've guessed your PW somehow and you've bought or sold something to them before (hence cycling purchase).Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
