It's drivetrain..... and Deore.
Yes you can, you may need an extender, it will work on the B-screw but you may get better shifting with an extender.
You'll need to consider shortening the chain, but assuming you have 22/32/42 and an 11:36 now it would only be by 1 pair of links (assuming its sized spot on now) so not really a must!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
thanks for the correcting and the answer, i will try it with extender.
do you think, that this extender will do the job?: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/ZTTO-Aluminum-Bicycle-Rear-Derailleur-Hanger-Extension-Extender-Road-Bike-MTB-Cycling-Frame-Gear-Tail-Hook/32862471350.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.77914c4dCmWJhK

I have one, works just fine, another regular contributor on here has the same one (on my recommendation) and again no issues.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
Depends on your riding locations you might find a 30t chain ring up front too small.
I guess they have stopped making the radr cage plates to offset the top derailleur wheel, fitted the cage on my rear mech and it works great on 42t without needing any extender link but the extender is cheaper though.0
