Supersix tyre size

After a bit of advice from supersix owners. I have a 2016 non hi mod frame, I currently run 25's Michelin Pro 4 Endurance tyres, these measure up fully inflated at 27mm. Looking at the tyre fitted I reckon there is around 1-2mm per side at most space.
Does anyone run 28's on this supersix frame version? I am looking at some Vittoria Corsa G+ as I am riding Flanders in the spring and I don't know whether to go 25 or 28, I don't know if they will measure up bigger as my current tyres do.
It may be the tyres sit wider as my wheels are fulcrum Quattro which have slightly wider rims apparently....?

Just wondering, why not ride in Flanders on the Michelin's? They're great tyres and are as big as you'll get on the bike.0
