Shimano XTR RD-M9000 compatibilities w. Dura-Ace shifters

Hey there,
I'm looking to buy a gravel/cross bike with a Trek Crockett frame and a 1x drivetrain. I know very well that SRAM's 1x line-up might be the best or at least the most complete compared to Shimano. But... I like the grip and system of Shimano levers. This is just my personal opinion even though some may find it stupid and still recommend a SRAM built 8)
Now, I have the following questions: I can't quite figure out what derailleur I've seen on a crossbike ones, but it was defiantly a Shimano and with Dura Ace levers for a 1x drivetrain. It was a Di2 tough, which I'm not going with.
I've been looking at the components below. Are they compatible together?
– Dura Ace ST-R9120 STI (Levers)
– Dura Ace BR-R9170 (Flat-mount Disc Brakes)
– XTR RD-M9000-GS Shadow RD+ (Read Derailleur)
Or are people using some kind of hack to make the Shimano Ultegra RX RD800-GS Shadow RD fit the bigger cassette?
Hope you guys are able to help me and clear it for me
Thanks,
Alex

They're not compatible, the cable pull ratio is different. You can fit one of these though, which converts the cable pull: https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/cables/0-jtek-shiftmate-8a/ I haven't actually used one, but haven't heard many complaints about them.0
