Touch Up Paint

A rock met my road bike today, resulting in a couple of nasty scuffs on the down tube. Can anyone recommend some decent touch up paint I matte black?

    Nail varnish is good for minor chips. Comes in most colours and metallics and dries quickly.

    My wife has enough nail varnish to paint a fleet of bikes. It will be an odd colourscheme though.
