Commuter CX Bike

I'm looking at getting a CX bike for a 16 mile commute each way, mostly along gravel paths & cycle paths, on the cycle to work scheme. Ideally I would like to run tubeless at some point, so bikes that come with tubeless ready wheels would be good.
The option to try CX in the autumn would also be a bonus, so I'm trying to stay away from adventure bikes.
I've been looking at a few options, limited to £1000 but I believe some shops allow you to top up?
(1) Cannondale CAADX Tiagra
(2) Ribble CGR - Alloy/Steel - Tiagra or potential upgrade to Apex.
(3) GIANT TCX SLR 2
Any advice on the above bikes or other recommendations? Is there any benefit of 1 x 11 SRAM Apex over 2 x 10 Tiagra?
Thanks

It's not on the list but this seems like great value and is in budget:

I second the Vitus Energie VR:

You get an upgrade to full hydro Rival from Apex, it's a fair bit lighter than the bikes you've linked to and it has the rack and mudguard mounts for commuting.0
