Brake levers with bar end extensions

Hi, Does anyone know if brake levers with bar end extensions are still made? Looking for a hydraulic version of these...

    I remember brake extensions. You would screw them on to your brake levers.

    Tbh I can't see much point in them - just brake from the bars.

    They look positively dangerous in a crash.

    In the mid 80's they would have come under the category of 'tree face planting device'
