Wahoo elements bolt

I have started using the Wahoo Elements Bolt but the handlebar bracket always moves slightly when i press the different buttons on the unit, is there supposed to be something between the handlebar and the unit bracket?

Do it up tighter? :?

(As far as I can remember mine didn’t have any other bits and works fine...)

I have it really tight already im afraid of stripping the threads.

Mine does the same. I've got used to pinching the unit between my thumb and finger to press the buttons so that it doesn't move. This is probably the most annoying thing about the Elemnt, why they couldn't use rubber O rings like pretty much everyone else I don't know.

Thanks guys, a very thin strip of rubber would do the job i suppose.

Cut a small strip from an old inner tube maybe?
