Bkool resistance

Had anyone had any problems with a bkool smart trainer being picked up by zwift but not having any resistance, tried going up hill, downhill,
Drafting & using ERG mode but nothing

I am able to pedal and power is displayed as the unit is being picked up by my laptop

Any thoughts?

Emailed bkool but wondering if the trainer is knackered

    I could never get mine to pair with Zwift despite lots of input from Bkool.It would only ever work correctly with the Bkool software.

    It’s worked before but just yesterday there was nothing

    Don’t think it was accurate but better than nothing

    Got a low wattage plug as original one got damaged so wondering if that’s the problem
