Nope. It was claimed that police have suggested there there was no drone. They have suggested no such thing. All they have done is present the possible scenarios that they are looking at. Very clearly not the same thing.

Now, you can argue about drone activity but it seems both post and report postulate the possibility of there being no drone, not that there WAS no drone.
