Cycling computer advice

Hi there guys,
In an attempt to get fit during the winter, I've purchased an indoor exercise bike.
The computer/monitor come broken and a replacement was sent out. This has subsequently broken also and rather than get another, I'd like to replace it with something a little better which might last.
My question to the forum is just how standard this connector is and if most computers can be plugged in to it? Any suggestions are also welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Connor

It seems that the vast majority of cycle computers now are wireless, so that's very likely to be a proprietary fitting.0

what kind of bike? what is the computer supposed to tell you? perhaps a speed/cadence sensor suffice?0

Until you get to wattbike level home excercise bikes aren't really that good (if replicating road cycling is your goal) - a turbo trainer with an older bike would be best.
The built in displays on home excercise bikes and interchangeable with cycling computers/garmin etc.0
