I don’t know if they have closed down but there is a thread on STW full of complaints about them. Advertising items that are not in stock, slow to give refunds, not andwering e-mails, etc.
“Life has been unfaithful
And it all promised so so much”
And taken a ton of folks money, having had a massive ‘sale’ that they can’t supply products for. Looks like a new company has bought the assets, post liquidation. Meaning folks can only get their money back via their credit card company, anyone who paid on debit card is screwed.

A new company with the same Directors? Not saying they have but it does happen.
No. Someone has bought the assets, not connected to the previous directors. The new director is posting on the single track thread, trying to clear up anything he can.
I think there was a thread on road general with a link to the auction, which someone had carelessly left the company name on: viewtopic.php?f=40013&t=13100451
The above Link is to the thread which identified the company concerned as up for sale.
“Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring”
It was fairly obvious from the description who it was, shop in brighton and Oxford, online bike configurator, the brands they had.
I wasn’t going anywhere near their 20% off sale for Black Friday. Sadly a lot of people are motivated solely by price and have been done for a good chunk, without the protection of credit cards or Paypal. The new business has no obligation to refund, as they didn’t take the money, the previous directors did.
Previous owners..... though they may be the same it isn't necessarily so.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
