Max tyre size

2015 bianchi oltre with ffwd wheels
2016 cervelo s2 with zipp 302
How can I find out what the maximum tyre size I can use for these combinations
Winter is here and 25cc tyres are a bit risky
Ideally looking to go up to 28 but don’t want to waste money if they won’t fit
Is there anyway I can check

Do you not have a winter bike with big clearances for bigger tyres and mudguards ? I'd not be riding £1000 wheels in this weather. The roads are filthy.0

Unfortunately not
Getting a gravel bike next year, not looking to
Use in horrendous conditions but when the road is slightly shiny or wet I’ll use kt0 -
If you're not going to go out in horrible weather then 25's should be fine.
I'd be more worried about using your fancy carbon wheels on the winter roads.0 -
The max you can go on the Cervelo is 25mm.
The max on the Bianchi would likely be only 25 as well but a couple of models could take a 28, without knowing the model I can't tell you for sure.
I would buy a used bike that has larger tires on it and ride it in the winter this way you would not have to worry about those fancy carbon wheels and bikes, but that's just me. You say you can't afford it at this time, but replacing a jacked up carbon rim from winter riding will cost more than a used bike!0 -

Anything over 25's usually mean a brake calliper change, latest Shimano 105 etc all have clearance for 28'sI'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0
