I'm looking to purchase either the 2016 model(yellow) or the 2018 model(orange) but I'm not sure what the differences in spec are? Any info would be very useful, thanks nick.

    Links help...

    People generally don't memorise specs.

It’s easy enough to look up spec's, hexbugspider.

The main difference is the newer model has 1x11 transmission versus 2x10 on the older one.
The frame is also slightly longer on the newer bike.

    Get the latest one.

Apologies, cooldad. The comment wasn’t aimed at you. Now amended.

You are forgiven. I wasted even more time digging up the old threads....

  • just wait for a Halfords sale after xmas. I paid £468 for a Bizango a few months ago. I noticed the hoodoo has £100 off at the moment. I imagine it will be the Bizango next. Plus BC discounts.

Ps the Bisango is as good as they say it is

I ride the older version. Never used a 1 x set up. I often use all the gearing available where I ride on my Bizango 2x 36/22 with 11/36. Looking into the newer Bizango, its 1x gearing it's not got the range of the 2x. Of course the rest of the newer version tweaks may be an improvement on the old. I f you need a good gearing range for where you ride to with the older version.
Caveat - I buy and ride cheap, however, I reserve the right to advise on expensive kit that I have never actually used and possibly never will
