Lazer Blade Helmet Safety Recall

Is anybody else having problems getting there Lazer Blade helmet replaced free of charge as part of the Lazer safety recall. Lazers advice was to contact your retailer for a replacement but i am still without one 6 weeks after contacting my retailer
