4 Years of crashing on video... I still love MTB!

Hey so I have been wanting to do a crash compilation for a while. I feel like the Mt bike industry sometimes tends to take things to seriously. Crashes happen all the time in Mt Biking. It is a part of getting better or knowing your own limits. That being said I was not seriously hurt in any of the crashes. The worst crash I had was not on video, on a small jump before wearing protective gear. tore up my elbow had to get 3 double stitches(it was deep). So go ahead laugh at me and enjoy the video. Enjoyed that bud nothing like a crash...Starts to hurt more as you get older though.

Nice compilation.
A lot of your crashes seem to be caused by sliding out. Are you running your tyre pressures too high?
