trail grading in usa UK beginner

Hi

So I noticed in the states they use a different grading system from the UK.

In the UK I have done mostly blue trails and down bridleways/canals.

I was wondering am I correct in saying a green is about our blue?

    The USA tend to follow the IMBA grading system. Have a look HERE. (It's from Canada but is the same.)
