Internal routing grommets

Hi,
I notice on some new bikes, the internal routing holes for dropper posts etc seem to have a nice rubber grommet that the cable passes through to presumably stop too much crud getting in.
Does anyone know if these are easily obtainable and whether they are manufacturer specific or tend to be universal?
Bike is a Trek Slash.
Thanks
