    ok ive let the air out and pumped the tyres up to 80, theyre much softer i bet that makes a difference.

    Plus some of you will be excited to know I'm going commando.

    Thank you all for your help :) I shall report back on Monday, hopefully with good news and another 50 or 60 miles clocked up.

    Ok i pronounce Chamois cream a gift from the gods.

    Less pressure is a very good thing as well.

    only my legs are sore tonight. settee and Strictly tonight and a happy bunny for tomorrows ride.
