2018 and/or 2019 bikes list

Hi everyone, some time ago I had a magazine pullout which had a list of bikes from that year, I think 2018, but I can't find it now and can't for the life of me remember what magazine it came with. Does anyone know which magazine this was? If you know which week/month then even better!

Failing this if anyone knows of anything similar, basically a list of bikes detailing gearing, frame material etc, please let me know, thanks!
