Hi, does anyone have any idea what is the maximum tyre width I could fit on 25c rim? I havent measured internal, but the rim says 25c. Its on Cannondale Bad Boy 3 (2018) model. Has 35c Kojak it came with. All tyre/rim compatibility charts say 25c is wide enough for 2” gravel tyres or 2.1” mtb tyres. Thats the max clearance in the back I believe.

Follow this link to a couple of pages from Schwalbe on Tyre Dimensions.

    https://www.schwalbe.com/en-GB/reifenmasse.html

The third one down has tyre width vs rim width

It says that a 25c rim will support tyre widths from 42mm to 62mm (1.65" to 2.44").

I can't comment on which tyres will not foul your frame, but don't forget that frames and wheels flex when cornering. This means that even if a tyre does not rub the frame when spinning, it might still do so when you are dodging about.
