Bike postal service?

Hi. I need to post/send a bike from England to Wales. Bike has a value of £600. Can anyone recommend a service? I've done a Google search and there seems to be many options, just don't know who to trust, without overpaying.

Have you sold it on ebay or something ? I'd be wary of the recipient changing his mind or the bike getting damaged in transit. Arrange to meet half way and exchange in person ?
