Changing from quick release to bolt?

Wondering if you can change from quick release wheels to bolt? Wanted to change my lower end bike to bolt so I can put pegs on and use it for more street riding as I don't use it for the trails as much. Someone help please.

    Depends on the hubs. If you can change the axles and find the right ones, yes.

    An indication of what bike and wheels you have currently might help a little...

    Just find some cheap bolt through wheels on Ebay.
