£1k bike option to replace Cube Cross Race

Hi folks,
I need to replace my 2011 Cube Cross Race as after 13,000 miles of commuting the components are wearing out regularly.
So I would like a road bike up to £1k with disc brakes, 2x10 gears (min). I normally use 700x28 but ideally tyre clearance will take a 700x35 studded tyre over the winter.
any ideas?
Currently I am thinking...
another Cube Cross race - the easy option
Giant Contend 2 Disc - not sure about tyre clearance
Cannondale Disc Tiagra - also not sure about tyres.
cheers

Depending on what size you need sounds like you couldn’t go far wrong with a CAADX.
