Shallow or not, that is the question...

OK, so I've got a couple of grey Stages G2 105 Power Meters that I've been using on my turbo and road bikes. I've recently bought a new road bike which has a black 105 Groupset. Do I put the grey power meter on and not worry about the colour mis-match, or sell and get a black one?

I guess it depends on what you are more concerned with - either with recording power, or with trivialities about how they look...0

You can't see both sides at the same time can you ?0

Your instincts are right. You have to change either the chainset (sub-optimal) or the Stages arm. Mismatched arms would be wrong, and a grey chainset with black mechs would be borderline.0

YES it's extremely shallow, but YES you need to sell it and buy a matching black one!0

Mis-matched crank arms, mis-matched wheels, mis-matched bar tape/saddle/stem.
Go for it.I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0 -
Q: When are you looking at the side of your bike?
A: When it is lent against a wall at home or at a cafe
You shouldn't lean your drive side against stuff anyway, so you should never need to look at the mismatched crank.
Or if you're desperate - wrap it in black electrical tape.0 -
Footballers apparently now wear odd colour boots, if that's any indication.0

Thanks all.
Was said partly in jest but yes, I do think I need to get a new black one.
The grey one looks hideous...;-)0 -
Perhaps a good opportunity to sell and buy a new dual sided PM?0

Wrap the grey one in black Vinyl.0

I'm going to sell one of the grey's and get a black one.0 -
Surely the odd arms emphasise that you have a PM and are therefore Pro AF.0

Sell it and buy a Quarq. It’s the only sensible option.0
