In Paris you see all sorts of bent frame steel bikes being ridden as daily commuters and yours doesn't seem bent. I wouldn't dream of scrapping it. I'd check the frame alignment and confirm that the forks are straight and then fix it and ride it.
There's no way of knowing if that frame hasn't fallen from a dozen car roofs in its time. If you are too squeamish to ride your frame after this accident then you are too squeamish to ride any second hand frame......Faster than a tent.......0 -

I’m in no way too sqeamish to ride it, I love riding it so much. I didn’t used to be a bike person until I made this beauty and all I want is to get her back in working order and cruise the countryside again. Yeah, I’ll get it checked over but I get the impression it’s come out of the ordeal insanely well!0 -
