Lights for aero bars

Hi all. With winter approaching I could do with some good lights for a Cervello S5. ie, aero bars and an aero seat post.
Any suggestions?

    I just use a couple of strong rubber bands in place of the regular ones supplied with the lights. It's not ideal, but it works around my aero seat post. Not sure about flat topped bars though as the mount may be a different shape.

    See Sense Ace come with mounts for an aero seatpost. You could probably fit the front one round the headtube ?

    exposure lights now have an out front stem bolt mount
