Cheers mr Naesen. From my calculations that’s another ptp title.

Caught up on 30km to 10km now. Vineyards and Gravel bits looked quite interesting.

Terpstra made a big mistake at about 11 in trying to get Cosnefroy to follow Kragh Anderson.

yep, wheelsucked the bejeezus out of Terpstra, and was getting moaned at for the last 15 km, just expecting to get towed to the line?

his sprint was weak at the end...

Or with a bit of spin. Attempted to employ a strategy that would overthrow the supercharged Terpstra :)

With a race in hand that looks about right. Congratulations! Back to back titles... you're turning into Sagan.

Cosnefroy got the best result he could. There was no point in him risking his podium by helping out - he still couldn't take Terpstra despite sitting behind him the last 20km.

    That was brilliant!

    Really enjoyed that.

So if ef energy have the new aero cannondale bike why are they never using it?
It's interesting that EF will be getting more into alternative cycle sports now that Rapha are on board and for once the French seem ahead of the curve (unlike old Patrick Lefevere) by including gravel sections into Paris-Tours (a big success in my view). Maybe Cannondale will see these events as a way to promote their gravel bikes rather than the aero offerings. Let's face it, there are a lot more potential sales in the former catagory.
