Rear wheel jumps when Sprinting

When im sprinting my rear wheel can jump 5 or so cm to the left or right. This happens when I'm sprinting on a climb or flat or good road surfaces, I wondered if I should move my weight further back but I find I can't straighten my legs as much and put out as much power. Any ideas and what should my position be. Should I tilt my bike more?

Sounds like you are a bit wild. Could be one of or a combination of too much side to side tilt (of you and/or the bike). It is also possible that you are doing something violently weird pulling up on your pedals.

Seems unlikely to be weight distribution on its own though - you see how far the pros manage to get forward without having this problem. And if you watch the pros sprint, there's a lot of action, but the actual bikes remain remarkably still, given the 1500W or so they put out.

I'd slow it down and work on technique at ~70-80% or so (the highest % that allows good sprinting form).

You see pros doing it too, I think it's pulling up too much and developing a sprint in a slightly lighter gear at higher cadence should help. I assume it's more in the acceleration phase rather than holding top speed?

Dig into Joe Friel’s blog. He has some posts about sprinting technique
