Just received new Ksyriums that are apparently tubeless ready - what do I need to do with them. There's a tube of tyre sealant and a syringe...
I inflated front and rear to ensure that tyres are seated and have left them inflated at present.

It's my first rodeo with tubeless, so, sorry, but the instructions are a bit hard to follow.
If anyone knows what is required, please feel free to provide advice below..

    If you seated the tires correctly, remove the air from the valve (ensure seal didn't break which with this combination it doesn't), remove valve core (with the tool), add 30-40ml of sealant on each tire, tighten valve core and pump them up to max psi which makes them seal better. You can do a ride around the corner which helps even more for the sealant to go where it needs to. Let them sit overnight, if there is no air loss the next day you have done it right.

    The rear tyre was still inflated this a.m. when I got up, but the front had gone down - will the sealant cure that?

    Yes if you add sealant it will stay inflated.
