Cervelo R3 Disc V Giant TCR Advanced Pro Disc

Been looking at getting something new and trying disc out.
I have a Cervelo S2 Di2 (size 54) and a Lynskey Ultegra (size 56) but both are rim brakes. I have been looking at the following:
2018
Cervelo R3 Disc Ultegra mechanical - £2719
Giant TCR Advanced Pro Disc Ultegra mechanical - £2400
Prefer the colour of the Giant
2019
As above but the 2019 version
Cervelo - £3499
Giant - £2999
Prefer the colour of the Cervelo
Anyone have experience and able to compare each the bikes? is it just a paint job difference between 2018/2019?
In terms of usage, probably the same as the other two, i ride all my bikes when i want, i don't have garage queens. Mainly weekend and sportives, 50-100 each weekend and the odd blast after work. Have used the Lynsey for L2P and L2 Amsterdam
