Does this frame look repaired?

I picked up a 2017 Specialized Sworks frame off ebay for a good price however the frame 'looks' like it has been repaired. However the paint work is completely perfect around this area.
I have a Specialized Roubaix Expert which has basically the same frame a different sort of finish and is not the 'sworks' variant. Is this actually how its meant to be? The seller says it is visible due to the raw lacquer finish rather than a traditional paint job. I am however not sure.
There is similar patching on the other side.

It looks to me almost like someone has laid many separate pieces if cloth into a mould, covered them in glue and baked them.0

Looks fine to me.
Even if it had been repaired it would be as good as new.0 -
Looks like a raw carbon frame to me, nothing wrong with it0
