Hello All
Currently in process of building a bike , I have a Bowmans piligrims Disc Frameset .. which has internal routes for cabling.
Question 1

Yes, but they tend to be low stock items, and can be hard to get.The cable bits are easy enough to come by, it’s the routing kits that can be a pita. It’s easy enough to do the cabling on an internally routed bike, without any special bits, you just need a bit of patience, and some ‘tricks of the trade’0 -

Depends on the frame. Some do, some don't.0 -

I just used some Jagwire cable outers I had spare for the routing. Bowman didn't provide any. THe rest of the stuff came with my groupset.
The internal routing allows you to run cable outers through so no bare cable is exposed until close to the derailleurs. It was quite a bit of faff to actually get them through the frame though.
Happy to help out with any other questions you might have. This was my first ever bike build so it was certainly a bit of a learning curve. Overall, with the correct tools and some patience it wasn't too bad.0
