What are some models you know that fits this+ are under 11kg in weight, preferable under 10kg.
have good quality components (at least Tiagra/Deore equivalent ) comes with decent wheels (not super-duper pro stuff ,but just decent enough)
+ are able to take 40mm tyre + still have some clearance, Do not want suspension as It's just more clunky stuff that I have to carry around.
Basically a good component light-weight flat-bar gravel bike
Do not have a set budget. ( Ok max 700 for Used-Mint one, could just as well spend 200 if I can ) Want to see if I can find something decent used-but not sure which models are like that and has ability to take the larger tyres, Do not want a large clunky MTB frame.
Something like this Cube SL Road looks pretty gut (seems like can take larger tyres+comes with decent components)

What other models would you recommend?

Current issue of Cycling Plus has a group test of flat bar road bikes. Their choice of the best on test was the Giant FastRoad Comax 2
https://www.giant-bicycles.com/gb/bikes-fastroad-comax
Comes with Tiagra 10-speed and hydraulic discs. Claimed weight is 9.75kg. Only fitted with 28mm tyres as supplied and no indication if larger tyres are possible.
Two of the others on test came with 35mm tyres as supplied so there may be room to go bigger on those. One was the Scott Metrix 20 Disc

and the Cube SL Road Disc that you've already mentioned. They both did well in the test but were judged to be less "plush" in their ride quality than the Giant0 -
The Boardman HYB series has some good value bikes, in particular the 8.8 which is just over £570 with BC Discount:

They also have an URB series which again look good value, here's a positive review:

The wife wanted a hybrid so I shopped around and found the new HYB 8.8. It was so good I bought one myself. Never thought I'd ride a bike with BOARDMAN on the down tube (because I'm a bike snob) but I've been mightily impressed.0 -

What is the one chain ring setup like?
Tempted to get one of these for my Mrs. Bonus is it has mudguard and rack mounts0 -
It's more than adequate for urban riding, weekend leisure trips on cycle paths of varying surfaces and it'll get you up the kind of hills you're likely to meet on your journey. I found it a bit odd to start with, but the wife's never had a bike with a front mech so she doesn't know any different.
They look great BTW. Especially the women's version. She loves it!0 -

Cheers - going to order one in for her to test ride...
Looks a great deal with 10% of with BC0 -
Maybe slightly over budget but some great deals on the Canyon Roadlite recently - I would have bought it if it had drop bars

Bit random but the giant toughroad might fill that gap, it's about as close to a rigid 29'er MTB without actually being one, would make a bombproof commuter
