Trying to choose between Pinarello FP3 and BH G5

I am on a budget and want to upgrade to a better performance bike, for fun and I want to do a Fondo next year. Looking at used bikes and found what I think are two possible options, both in good condition, looking for opinions:

Option 1 - Pinarello FP3 2012 - Ultegra/Campagnolo Voloce setup. good condition but worried about the age.

Option 2 - BH G5 2015 - Shimano 105 setup. Excellent condition.

Thoughts?

    What’s an Ultegra/ Campagnolo Voloce setup?

    I had an FP3 and it was a terrific bike. Handling was sublime and a great ride. Can’t comment on the BH.
