Canyon Ultimate CF SLX - Sizing

Interested in people's experience in Canyon sizing on the CF SLX.
Currently ride a BMC Teammachine SLR02 small with an effective TT of 53.5 Size wise the frame is pretty much spot on, however when I put my size stats into the Canyon online tool it recommends an XS, with an effective TT of 52.9.
I'm 170cm tall and have generally been in the small medium sizing in frame size.
How accurate have people found the Canyon online sizing tool. I'm mainly stressing about the lack of flexibility with their cockpit to adjust fit.
