Repairing my frame (minor)

My bike has a knife mark in the top tube from when my movers were unpacking it. I was able to get some similar paint from the company that made the bike and I was considering trying to fix it myself since it's minor. What else would I need in order to repaint it properly? Here is a photo of the cut into the frame

    You’ll need some fine grain wet and dry paper, and some Carbon Fiber primer as well.
