Wahoo Elment Bolt/Elite Turbo Muin Smart B+

I recently moved over from a Garmin 820 Edge due to reliability issues and purchased an Elment Bolt which, in the main has been faultless. Now an issue has arisen where the speed data when paired with the Turbo Muin Smart B+. The Muin has been set up previously with the Garmin and delivered accurate ish speed/distance data .... and the Muin still reads correct speed readings on the Elite app when tested.
The Wahoo has been paired up and when the advised wheel size figures are used, it reads 150 - 180 mph. Or some other wheel sizes give a '0mph' reading. I have used just about every combination of number by googling the issue ... 173, 17.3, 1.73. 0.173, 0.0173, 2105, 2105/13.2 = 159.46.
Something is amiss with these two devices which is pretty frustrating ... Wahoo said contact Elite ... Elite are answering questions but as the Elite trainer and app seem to be working fine, I'm leaning towards it being a Wahoo issue. :x
