Zwift iPhone issues

Hi

After trying unsuccessfully to load Zwift on my iphone for the past 2 weeks I did a search and found out this is a known issue. The problem seems to be that Zwift is heavy on resources and if the iPhone can't load it quick enough it just shuts down. I get to the initial blue zwift screen then is closes.

Anyone have an idea when this is going to be fixed or a workaround? I'm currently paying for something I can use.

Contact them and ask them to suspend your account until its fixed.

I used a free trial first. Do they not offer that ?

Not surprised the iphone struggles - my laptop did and I had to get an upgraded PC to run it.

It's been fine for months, I think it's something on the Apple software that's causing the glitch. I've never had any issues once I've been running Zwift.
