Android Mapping Apps

Apologies if this has been asked many times before, but I've just re-joined the forum after a long lay off. Not being able to afford a new Garmin with turn by turn mapping, I wondered if there were any android apps available / recommended where you can plot a route on a computer and then transfer it to your android phone to follow the route out on the road.

    Komoot is very good

    Google maps

    You can also download an area of map to your phone so you don't require an internet connection

    Pretty sure Ride with GPS does this.

    What I do know is that Komoot is the only one I've found that easily allows you to create new routes on your phone.
