advice on upgrading a vintage carrera pic road bike.

I bought a carrera epic frame of eBay, this had been a 14 speed bike and I would like to keep it that way. can anyone advice me on what crank and cassette free weel I should buy. New to all this, only getting back to being on a road bike after 30 years.
