orange bike mi ile

I've tried to find the year and exact details as I want to fix up, find out what forks they are..i know their a rock shox but theirs not stickers or anything. I've searched retro bikes and forms all over..

Its mi ile series..possible one?

Halo wheels
Hope break
Odi red handle bar ends
24inch wheels
Cane creek top tubes?
