Handlebar advice

Can anyone recommend a set of (alu) 31.8 handlebars for me? I'm looking for something with a long-ish reach (longer than the 82mm I have now) and drop (greater than the 130mm I have now). Not interested in carbon and ideally not much more than £50; slightly flared drops would be nice but not a deal breaker.

I've scoured all the usual suspects and can't seem to find anything that fits the bill.
