Basso: Diamante basic, or Astra with higher end components?

Ideally I would get a Diamante SV with Campy (SR 125) and Boro One/Ultra wheels. But the budget isn't there.
I *think* my choices are:
1) Diamante with Ultegra mechanical and Microtech wheels, or
2) Astra with Campy SR 125 (EPS?) and Boro wheels
There isn't much info available on the Astra, particularly the 2019.

I was looking at a 2018 astra and the was full ultegra and carbon finishing kit. The 2019 is 105 and alu for the same price. The frame is the same though.
The diamante is absolutely sublime looking.
Strange about the 2 price differences. Have you looked at Halfords with BC discount?0 -
I had a carbon Astra back in 2010 and it was a lovely bike built with Mavic Cosmics and SRAM Force. I only sold it 12 months ago still in excellent condition. Bit of an all rounder with fast responsive feel on the front.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0
